Organised by Euratex, A.I.S.E., Euromines, and Cefic the aim of this dialogue is to have a cross-sectoral discussion on effective, efficient and implementable market pull measures that can truly help different industries and value chains to develop and secure their sustainable and competitive economy future in Europe.
More specifically:
- How can pull measures bring the “green premium” for more sustainable products to the market and support a business case for investments?
- Which new measures could be effective & efficient for different groups and ensure a level playing field with imports? For example: How can Public Procurement truly become Green Public Procurement? What can be done with taxation / VAT?
- Which product features should market pull measures target and how to define them?
- How can market pull measures strengthen the Single Market and how to prevent a subsidy / state aid race?
